Shipping policy

Free shipping across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. The price you see is the price you pay — and if you return it within 30 days, we cover the shipping back too.

Lead time. Every canopy is made to order. Current production and delivery time is about eight weeks. We'll email you when your order enters production and again when it ships, with tracking.

How it ships. The umbrella ships in two parts — canopy and frame, 21 lb total — by standard ground freight. Someone should be available to receive it; we'll coordinate if your carrier requires an appointment.

Bases are not included. You'll need a minimum 30 kg (66 lb) base, or 35 kg and up for commercial or exposed locations. We're happy to recommend one.

Trade and wholesale. Orders of five or more ship together on a single consolidated delivery. Lead times on larger runs are confirmed at order.

International. We don't currently ship outside the United States. If you're specifying Sunglass into a project abroad, email Thomas@SunglassOutdoor.com and we'll work it out.
